Right now we are a coin only store
Where can I get my comforter washed?
We have machines that are large enough to wash king-size comforters.
Can I purchase detergent at the laundromat?
Yes, we have an attendant 24/7 days a week that you can purchase from or you can purchase from a vending machine.
Wash and Fold:
What are your wash and fold hours?
We are open 24 hours, everyday
What is the turnaround time?
Items will be ready the next day except Sunday drop offs may not be ready until Tuesday
Is there a minimum order?
10 lb. minimum
Do you use a good detergent?
We use a full line of premier products
Pickup & Delivery
What is the turnaround time?
Your order will be delivered by 6pm the next day. Sunday pickups may not be delivered until Tuesday before 6pm
What if I can't be home when you pickup?
Tell us in the software where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage.
Is there a minimum order?
$45 minimum order.
If I sign up to be a recurring customer, what happens when I go on vacation?
Just put a hold on your account in the software. We'll be back on the date you tell us.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.
How do I cancel my pickup?
We send text and email reminders the night before. You can cancel through the reminder text, website under your account, or contact us at (714)-833-5609 before 7:00 a.m. We reserve the right to charge a missed pickup fee of $10.00 to cover driver costs if a cancellation is not placed before 7:00a.m.
